(14’ x 15’ plus 8’ x 8’ walk-in closet)

Scope of work:

  1. Remove carpets

  2. Install LVP (materials will be provided)

  3. Install Quarter Round (materials will be provided)

  4. Install trim wall (wainscoting) on one wall (materials will be provided)

  5. Install two junction boxes on existing circuit for wall scone lights (bidder to provide materials)

  6. Install two wall scone lights (materials will be provided)

  7. Paint walls and trim
